Contact Centre Agents do not have complex security concerns or procedures to adhere to and the pressure of handling sensitive data has been removed. Contact Centre Agent location is no longer a concern (Off shoring or working from home).
The secure payment form presented on your screen, has pre-determined mandatory input fields that are required to be completed whilst speaking with the Customer.
Once these input fields have been completed and you have confirmed that the Customer is in possession of their credit card and is ready to make a payment, you will then press the Transfer Button.
The Customer is now automatically transferred to the payment application, which guides the Customer through the payment process. Once the payment process has been completed, the Customer will be re-connected with you.
